Our support

Our work focuses on adults aged 18 and over who are living with mental health conditions, learning disabilities or autism. The team is trained to provide informed, empathetic, practical support across all three areas.

Adults with mental health needs

Steady, recovery-focused supported living for adults living with a wide range of mental health conditions — depression and anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and psychosis, personality disorders and dual diagnosis (mental health and substance use).

Adults with learning disabilities

We support adults with mild, moderate, severe and profound learning disabilities — including those with co-occurring autism, mental health conditions or behaviours that challenge. Our support is patient, accessible and rights-based.

Autistic adults

Neurodiversity-affirming support for autistic adults across the spectrum — from those with high support needs to those who simply need help with specific aspects of independent living. Our support is shaped around each person’s communication style, sensory preferences, routines and individual goals, helping them feel safe, understood and confident in everyday life.

Conditions & profiles we support

Depression & anxiety

Helping individuals manage symptoms, build coping strategies and re-engage with daily life and community.

Schizophrenia & psychosis

Trained support workers help service users get through the day, maintain wellbeing and stay connected with mental health services.

Bipolar disorder

Stable, consistent support across all phases — helping service users hold routines and recognise early warning signs.

Personality disorders

Consistent, boundaried, compassionate support for individuals with complex emotional needs.

Dual diagnosis

Non-judgemental support for individuals navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges.

Learning disabilities

Patient, accessible support for adults with mild, moderate, severe or profound learning disabilities - focused on choice, skills and inclusion.

Autism

Neurodiversity-affirming support shaped around each person’s sensory profile, communication preferences and special interests.

Co-occurring conditions

Many service users have more than one of the above. We support people as whole individuals - not as a stack of separate diagnoses.
