Our support
Our work focuses on adults aged 18 and over who are living with mental health conditions, learning disabilities or autism. The team is trained to provide informed, empathetic, practical support across all three areas.

Conditions & profiles we support
Depression & anxiety
Helping individuals manage symptoms, build coping strategies and re-engage with daily life and community.
Schizophrenia & psychosis
Trained support workers help service users get through the day, maintain wellbeing and stay connected with mental health services.
Bipolar disorder
Stable, consistent support across all phases — helping service users hold routines and recognise early warning signs.
Personality disorders
Consistent, boundaried, compassionate support for individuals with complex emotional needs.
Dual diagnosis
Non-judgemental support for individuals navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges.
Learning disabilities
Patient, accessible support for adults with mild, moderate, severe or profound learning disabilities - focused on choice, skills and inclusion.
Autism
Neurodiversity-affirming support shaped around each person’s sensory profile, communication preferences and special interests.
Co-occurring conditions
Many service users have more than one of the above. We support people as whole individuals - not as a stack of separate diagnoses.
