What is supported living?

Our Therapy Dog Support service offers a gentle and engaging way to promote emotional wellbeing, confidence and social connection. Through relaxed walks and positive interaction with a friendly therapy dog, individuals can enjoy companionship, reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, and build meaningful routines in a calm and supportive environment.

Sessions are tailored to each person’s needs and can help encourage communication, community engagement and overall wellbeing.

Dana Paretta is a dedicated Therapy Dog Handler with a passion for supporting people through companionship, connection and wellbeing-focused activities. With experience working in both childcare and adult support settings, Dana understands the importance of creating a safe, welcoming and person-centred environment.

Working alongside a friendly therapy dog, Dana provides supportive walk-based sessions that help individuals feel more relaxed, confident and connected. Her approach is built on patience, empathy and the belief that positive relationships can make a meaningful difference in everyday life.
